I've been trying to get into the REO business for about 18 months without any succcess. I
bought a list of BPO companies but the list didn't give me any idea of what to do first. I

your book I started doing what you suggested. I made more progress in one month than I
did in the previous 18. I just got my first listing. It was a reassignment from another agent

uploading my vendor applications to the BPO list in step one. I haven't even
gotten to step two yet. Three weeks ago I started getting BPOS and I've done
over 40 so far. Just last week I received my very first REO listing, we got one
more REO listing today and the BPOS are coming in at a rate of about 2-5 a day.
Thanks James for writing your book. There is a lot of fluff out there but your
book really does explain the REO mindset and methods to getting ahead in the
REO game. I was thinking that I was going to have to get out of real estate but
you've given me hope and much more. You gave me a method to follow that
works.
